Due to the corona, we had the delicious dishes delivered to our home. Even if the certain flair was missing on site, of course, we were thrilled! Food extremely tasty, fast delivery and very nice staff! Definitely to be recommended!

It's worth a visit! There were three of us there today and the service was super nice, attentive and courteous. A clear recommendation. The food is excellent and we will definitely be eating / ordering here more often from now on.

We happened to come here last night. It was a wonderful surprise! The food was fantastic and the staff very friendly! We ordered starters and for the main course a vegetarian dish with red lentils and a dish with beef. The starters were well presented and very tasty. The main course comes in a traditional place setting with an extravagant large wicker basket - which certainly has a name that I don't know yet. I could literally have sat in the lentil dish! I don't know if I've ever tasted such delicious red lentils in my life ... Even hours later my stomach felt good! ... my friend had the beef and was also very enthusiastic! It was great to be able to discover traditional Eritrean cuisine here and we will definitely be back. As a tip for the team, I would like to note that a few plants outside would create a warmer atmosphere, inside it is wonderfully cozy. The lettering above the restaurant is also coming, which will certainly attract more people. The drinks would be even colder - or with ice cubes - even more refreshing in this weather. Otherwise everything was great, therefore 5 stars!

Cozy atmosphere & delicious food You definitely have to be here. African food, more specifically Eritrea cuisine, very fine. Various starters and main dishes, which are explained in detail by the staff. The main restaurant is very comfortably furnished, with small tables that make a cozy meal for two almost a candle light dinner. There is also an adjoining room where you can then enjoy your digestif or the original African coffee. But extensive dining on the large and very cozy pillows and low tables is also possible, or just a delicious cocktail with friends ..... this is what a perfect evening looks like. I give it 5 stars for the choice of dishes, the location and the equipment of the restaurant. In addition, the extremely friendly service and hospitality. Keep it up!

By far the best African in the area. We have been to the Savanna many times and are always super satisfied. The food and the ambience are great. The boss was funny, personable and a great host. You can tell that he does it with passion. We will soon come to eight again :) best regards Sandra :)

Pleasant ambience and nice service. The food was definitely something different. Simple but good and I traditionally like eating with my hands. Next time we will order a little more to choose from, because the prices are moderate and mMn also designed to try out together at the table. You can easily inquire and discuss everything with the owners. I can only recommend getting involved.

Sit on the floor, chatting comfortably for 4 hours and delicious food. The boss is unbelievably friendly and did not threaten us with the last round but just let us sit so that we do not feel disturbed and we just forgot Time. Just great.
